Mercure Surabaya

Nice hotel if you are staying in Surabaya. The hotel was more luxury then we expected based on the price. The room is beautiful and equiped with everything you need. The pool is nice, but was very crowded at times. Most of the staff we met did not speak great English, so make sure to use Google translate when needed.

The room is refurbished and appeared new and clean. It is very quiet and comfortable for sleep. The location is very good too

Breakfast is good, the menu complete. Hotel location good, easy to access.
